I felt rushed the entire time, my questions were brushed off, and there was no effort to actually help me choose glasses or make me feel comfortable as a customer. The interaction was so unpleasant that I ended up leaving and purchasing my glasses at another Specsavers instead. Customer service is especially important in healthcare related retail, and this was completely unacceptable. It’s shocking that management allows someone with this attitude to work on the floor interacting with customers. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

We went to the store to obtain the prescription glasses. The following is what we thought of Specsavers: 1. Service- It was excellent on both the before and after sales service. The staff Princess and specially Avneet were very patient help us to select the frames and map out the prices for different options. Avneet took her time to adjust the frames to our satisfaction after we pick up the glasses. 2. Cost- With the Black Friday sales, the cost for our glasses were very reasonable. 3. Quality- We are very happy with the final outcome of our glasses. 4. Overall- We would highly recommend friends and family members to the Specsavers Edgemont location.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
