The clinic was clean and well organized, and I immediately felt welcomed. Halima was especially personable, we ended up chatting about our holidays, which made the whole experience feel warm and relaxed rather than rushed. The optometrist was just as great, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I also visited during the Boxing Day sales event, and the pricing and promotions were explained in a very clear and transparent way, which I really appreciated. As a busy working person, their extended hours are a huge plus. Highly recommend this location!

We were there waiting for eye exam slot from 11.30-11.55 am and still no sight of someone attending. They double book people and then we were told they are gonna let someone ahead of us for a quick contact lens check. Like really? If you have booked eye exam slot, why would you let someone else ahead of you?? Over and above, this lady named as Julie (optician) was very rude and lacked politeness. When asked, she aggressively said ‘Oh, I don’t know! I can’t help you with that’. Her tone was extremely aggressive. Maybe teach her customer service that would make patients come back to this place! With this level of rudeness and arrogance, nobody would want to come back! We are better off going to a better place where we are treated better!!! Still waiting for their manager to call us back. Julie could have been nicer to convince us to stay but seemed she didn’t care for the business at this place so I would rather book a deserving eye clinic!
