The first time we came in, Robert was incredibly patient and helpful as we picked out a variety of glasses, helping us narrow them down, informing us of their current offers, and all around being incredibly kind and knowledgeable. On our second trip we purchased two pairs, and were again assisted by Robert, who patiently helped us every step of the way, not rushing or pushing any upgrades but being incredibly attentive and answering any questions we had. I had a great experience at this location and would definitely come back.

She got two frames with added options for only $300 total. Meanwhile when I went to crowfoot blink my two pairs of glasses were around $550. I’m glad to finally have a cheaper option around crowfoot, the other stores around here were charging ridiculous prices so it’s a nice change.

The staff were all pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated that this chain had some different frames to the usual brands, with competitive pricing on lenses. I had some issues with the fit of my progressives and Nahed, the Dispensing Optician ,solved them and was so lovely to deal with. Even though Specsavers may be a recent entry to the Canadian optical market and may be an unfamiliar name, I encourage people to give them a try.
