There was a woman who was very condescending to me when I asked for some minor adjustments because the glasses weren’t fitting correctly. She huffed in annoyance when I noted that the nose pads were uneven, and also made the temples curvatures different. I pointed this out and she insulted me by saying perhaps my ears were uneven! Not only is that incredibly rude but I’ve been wearing glasses my whole life so I’m sure my ears are even since everyone else can make both glasses arms the same! The male employee was not any better - he used his hands to adjust the nose pads, and unsurprisingly was not able to make them even either.

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
