    Highly recommended! Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The woman that fit me for my hearing aids did an awesome job! Great experience all the way around. My hearing aids work great! Thanks team for everything you've done from the front end staff to the audiologist! Great experience thank you.

    I have nothing but praise for the staff at the Bow River Hearing Centre. From Zar’s pleasant greeting and assistance when you first walk in, to the professional, thorough, understanding, and patient service from Lacey. I am just in the testing phase for my hearing aides and greatly appreciate the service provided by Bow River Hearing Centre. Thank you so much.

    Several months ago, my husband got frustrated with me and demanded I get my hearing checked as I was asking him to repeat himself constantly. My doctor referred me to this branch of Bow River Hearing where Laurie and Karen, both super friendly and helpful, took care of me every step of the way, supporting me through the process of the exams. I was recently the recipient of the "Gift of Hearing" program; a program I had no idea they even had! The audiologists recommend patients and a lucky few are chosen for the gift of free top-of-the-line hearing aids. From testing, to selection, to fitting, the team at Bow River hearing has made this a very positive experience - being able to hear again, after not realizing just how bad it was, is simply wonderful!
