  I love club Pilates Royal Oak! All the staff & teachers are wonderful. It is the best exercise I have ever found & been able to stick to. I just wish it was a little less expensive so that I could go more than once a week. Even once a week helps me feel great & worth going. I highly recommend trying it! 😊

  I finally found a way to work out that I love. I struggle with shoulder, knee and lower back pain so working out with weights and in a gym are no longer an option for me. The staff are absolutely amazing!! I find I am able to do most of the exercises and if not they have an alternative way so I don’t miss out. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable! They want everyone to have fun and achieve their goals. I’m so glad I gave it a try!

  I went in with my wife for a trial run. The place is clean, they make sure that all the surfaces you touch you clean afterwards. The workout was pretty good. However, keeping up with the instructions is a challenge.

  I would not recommend this Pilates studio, especially for beginners. I completed my first month of classes here and initially had a good experience during my first three sessions. However, the class I attended at 3:30 PM on February 21 completely changed my impression. The instructor’s attitude felt unfriendly and impatient, which made the environment uncomfortable and discouraging. As someone still learning, I expected guidance and encouragement, not a dismissive attitude. It’s disappointing because as a paying client I hoped for a supportive atmosphere. Unfortunately, this experience made me decide not to continue classes at this studio.
