Tulsa County Clerk

The County Clerk is one of eight elected offices in Tulsa County, responsible for recording and maintaining land records, real estate documents. The office plays a critical role in preserving the public record. Veterans may record Military Discharge papers with the County Clerk. The office preserves these important records, ensuring secure private access for veterans and their families. As Chief Administrative Officer, the County Clerk manages financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, business records, and the county’s retirement system.
