The H.E.L.P. Agency is an organization that is under the umbrella of the Lincoln Parish Police Jury. We assists low income individuals and families with utility assistance, rent, transportation, and much more. We pride ourselves in being an agency that lends a helping hand to the citizens of Lincoln Parish with a friendly, homely approach. We uphold the beliefs of our mission statement, which is “To Encourage, To Inspire, To Love And To Restore Through Service”. We here at The H.E.L.P.
