- KCK CollinsDec 2, 20241.0I never post bad reviews but must on Rockrose. The offers and prices are a sham. Nothing is as advertised and the "Try Before You Buy" program is false advertisement top to bottom. A few months ago we were set to move in, got approved, bought new furniture to fit the rooms, the whole thing. When the paperwork was finally provided a few days before closing, nothing was as discussed and agreed upon. Management and sales lied the entire 90 days prior to this. Cost us thousands and all for nothing. They basically said "well their lawyers were good with the paperwork even though not what we discussed". I'm still considering a lawsuit. Buyer beware if doing business with Rockrose! It will not be what is promised. Have an attorney review before signing any purchase or rental agreements.

It gave me a chance to do a good live-in inspection, meet the neighbors, and decide whether this was right for me. It only took me 3 months to fall in love the area and the neighbors - so glad I decided to buy! Been here almost a year and consider myself a happy camper! 9 months ago - Having actually moved in now, I’ve had a chance to see how great the team is that works with homeowners. They are great, and Jessica makes sure everything is addressed in a timely way, and she keeps a great attitude about it. Highly recommend this property as a place to retire and settle!!
