  Could not access my bill with only my plate and zip for months, which is how I have paid before. I had to call customer service to get access. At which point I find a $5 late fee for a $2.80 toll. A 178% late fee! That's literaly highway robbery.

  The two ladies working the front counter on Good Friday were super kind and very helpful. They helped fix our issue with our account and got us all taken care of.

  The Kansas Turnpike’s billing system is opaque and frustrating, listing dozens of small tolls with vague labels that make it nearly impossible to verify where or why charges occurred.

  I called because I needed information and it was the first place I was directed to go. A manager answered the phone and she was horrendous. She interrupted me three words into every sentence. Kept telling me, "You are wrong" which I already knew. I just wanted information after I git a bill from them. She was rude, dismissive, condescending, to the point I finally yelled at her to stop interrupting me (I have never before yelled at call support). She practically laughed at me and then I finally hung up. She called me back and I told her I was done with her. She immediately transferred me to some random department where the next woman I spoke to had no idea why I had been transferred to her. However she was very kind and patient and listened fully to what I my situation was. She couldnt help me but in five minutes she had narrowed down 3 numbers I could call for help. That manager was an entitled nightmare who I wish I could give negative stars to but the woman who helped me afterwards was absolutely lovely and very helpful and I would give her 5 Stars.

  This company is fraudulent. They are knowingly sending me someone elses invoices after I have informed them that they have the wrong address, refusing to update their information. This has resulted in much of my time wasted as I have received dozens of irrelevant and deceptive personal mail intended for someone else.
