La sede provinciale Unione Coltivatori Italiani è stata costituita a Messina nel gennaio 1969, l’avvio definitivo della struttura è stato sancito con il primo congresso provinciale tenutosi l’ 11 maggio 1969 e l’elezione degli organi Direttivi.
Sin dalla costituzione l’attività dell’UCI provinciale è stata rivolta alla tutela dei lavoratori e dei cittadini in genere.
Oggi l’UCI di Messina è impegnata, con la sede provinciale e collaboratori volontari sparsi sul vasto territorio della provincia, ad assistere i lavoratori agricoli, gli imprenditori ed i cittadini in genere tramite il CAF ed il Patronato ENAC.
