The City Clerk’s Department focuses on providing community members who are interested in participating in the democratic process with equitable access. The Department provides the framework for City Council meetings and Community Enhancement & Investment Fund Citizen Oversight Board meetings, as well as administers municipal elections in November during even-numbered years. The Department also documents and maintains city laws and records, provides access to public records, and processes claims.
