  I have shopped here for years, still lots to love about it. However!, lately the music has been so loud and awful i literally had to walk out today and shop somewhere else. They also set up annoying, offensive TV advertisements, that yell at you as you entering the store or passing in the hallways. People need to concentrate when shopping, figuring out meals and such. I am just about done shopping at this store, its that bad, mostly in the back isles, but still, bad. They also changed their icing recipes with their cakes, like their black forest cake, its awful now, my family tells me to not get it anymore. This is new the last year or so, if they want to not lose their customers, i would suggest they go back to the old way. Because im about done with them, so i imagine im not the only one.

  On this weekend I visit this store and met Jashan from the deli department provides excellent service. She always has a smile on her face and greets customers with a positive, friendly attitude.   I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an incident I witnessed during my visit to your store today at approximately 4:38 PM. While at the bakery section, I observed an interaction that was deeply troubling and unacceptable. One associate, described as a fair-skinned male of medium height, responded inappropriately when another associate (a female employee) asked if he could assist some customers. He replied, “No, they are different people,” in a manner that clearly suggested discriminatory intent. This behavior came across as racist and created a very uncomfortable and hurtful environment. As a customer, it was distressing to witness such conduct in a place that is expected to be welcoming, inclusive, and respectful to everyone regardless of background. Discrimination of any kind has no place in a professional workplace or in a customer-facing environment. Incidents like this not only affect those directly involved but also negatively impact customers who witness them, damaging trust and the overall reputation of the organization. I strongly believe this matter should be taken seriously and addressed appropriately through internal review and staff training. Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere is essential, and I hope necessary steps will be taken to ensure this type of behavior is not repeated.
