We placed our order and stood and waited for ten minutes as our burgers sat on a tray getting cold. I point this out to be told two things, “we are waiting on the breakfast sandwich” and “we will make new burgers”. Both were lies. The burgers were then moved out of our eyesight and put back once they were ready awhile later. Cold as can be. And after being told these things and waiting five more minutes, we then hear them being told to make the breakfast sandwich. Being busy is understandable. Accidentally messing up your order is understandable. No one is perfect. But to DELIBERATELY lie to your customers is where the line needs to be drawn. Worst McDonald’s experience EVER! And that’s saying a lot!
