  Never has a driver for delivery and when they do the food is cold and takes almost 2 hours

  I placed my order to pick it up at the drive through window. When I got there I waited for close to 10 minutes and nothing, watching multiple people walk by the window multiple times and never acknowledged me. I finally went inside the restaurant. When inside, and once I was finally greeted, my receipt total was wrong, I was over charged. The guy up front went to the back and asked for the Manager to assist. The managers name is Ace. I then waited for another 20 minutes, watching the clock on the wall above the pass through window where I could see a manager durning this whole time. Finally after being urged that people were still needing his help, he came to help. He came and fixed my receipt in no more than 30 seconds and never once acknowledged me or apologized for my wait. By this time I have been there for over 35 mins, closer to 45. There were6 other people in the lobby waiting for service. My pizza was cold and did not task great. My service here was awful!
