  Cold, stale, soggy food just thrown in a bag. Never getting orders right. Should be shut down. Third time in a row ive gotten unsafe to eat food!!! 🤮🤮

  Off to a slow start with service. The triple cheeseburger was nice and hot with all the cheese melted. It took me back over 35 years ago when I ordered them regularly because they were so good. Nice and clean location. Service was a little slow for a McDonald's but they made uo for it with hot food.

  Food is as bad as it gets for McDonalds. Took 50 mins to get our order. Thankful we don’t live here and are just passing by. Good luck everyone else who lives here.

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's. After placing my order in the drive-thru, I was asked to pull forward and ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes. I understand that fast food can be busy and chaotic, but a wait time like that is simply unacceptable. Even 10–15 minutes would be understandable—40 minutes is excessive. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of communication and leadership. I eventually went inside to check on my order, only to be told that the manager had just arrived and that there were already customers inside who had been waiting close to an hour. While I can understand things getting backed up, there didn’t appear to be anyone effectively managing or directing the situation. It’s important to say this respectfully, but you cannot have a group of young employees trying to run the operation without strong, knowledgeable leadership present. The staff seemed to be doing what they could, but without proper guidance and management, the entire system broke down. A leadership role requires the ability to organize, communicate, and support the team during high-pressure moments—and that was clearly missing. Additionally, the overall service experience was inconsistent. The employee who took our order was kind, but we were not given a receipt. When our drinks were handed out at the second window, there was no communication, and the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. The only thing said was to pull forward because they were waiting on food. Being asked to pull forward without any clear expectation of wait time only added to the frustration while I was waiting. I rarely leave negative reviews because I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was beyond reasonable. There needs to be stronger management, clearer communication, and better overall organization. Unfortunately, experiences like this reflect a decline in quality.
