  We drove over 2000 miles just to visit arbys! Good meals, service was extraordinary good.

  We placed an online order at around 940 PM, knowing that the store didn’t close until 10 PM. When the order was complete, we saw that it was going to arrive the next day at 10 AM, but Katie and the team were super helpful and got our order that night with a great attitude! Thanks so much Katie and don’t place an online order after 930 or it come the next day!

  Terrible customer service. I walked in, said hello to no response, and asked the person taking my order what the most popular item was. They were very rude and looked at me like I was stupid. I said, “Sorry, I’ve never been here before,” and they replied, “Yeah, makes sense.” That already rubbed me the wrong way, but then I heard someone in the back make a rude comment to a customer at the drive-through. That’s when it was clear the staff here just isn’t very professional. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and the food wasn’t great either. Would not recommend this to anyone.

  They advertise a free beef and cheese deal if you sign up online. Have a sign up stating so... asked manager which said we don't honor online advertising and would honor the sale....then ignored me? That's rude and false advertising!!!!!
