  Me and my friend placed an order on the tablets waiting for someone to let us pay with cash, we waited for over 15 minutes just to pay. Our order wasn’t even started or anything, simply waiting to pay, everyone working completely ignored us. Then sometime after new workers came in and another customer was able to pay at the counter, I wet up after she was done ordering I spoke to the women who took her order telling her that we have been waiting a hot minute to receive and pay for our order, she took it and we waited another 5 to receive our order. The service was terrible, there was 3 people working before more came and they ignored us. It was so disappointing and frustrating because of incompetent workers, I am not happy at all.

  Instead of taking my order, an employee walked from behind the counter to teach me how to use a kiosk. I told her I don't give money to businesses that make me use a kiosk them walked out. I'll never come here again.

  They always have good food. like ALWAYS. But some of the people they hire do not care at all how you get your food. They do poor jobs of wrapping things now, and on more than one accounts my food as been smushed and honestly ruined. I feel like they could do better jobs at being a little more careful on how they handle it and i understand sometimes they are so busy things happened but when there’s only two cars in their drive through it coulda been better.

  The people are friendly enough. Sometimes they're not timely about orders on the app. Restaurant is always clean and well lit.
