Stopped at this Wendy’s on our travels. We wanted the drive through but after 15 minutes of waiting we went inside. There were 2 other customers staff was running around in circles. Really unprofessional. We were not acknowledge at all. A male employee came out of nowhere looking high. Finally a young girl came and was awesome. However the food we got was cold and dry.

Went here the other night with my husband, 40 min before closing, it look them 30 min to come out with our food, and when we got our food they basically threw it in the car and ran off back into the store, when I checked to make sure everything was right half of our food was missing (that had been paid for) so definitely don’t go here even if any other place is closed because you will get bad service and food.

We’re traveling across country for a funeral. Stopped in for food after not eating all day and my husband accidentally ordered my burger wrong. I went back and politely asked if it could be remade. Our mistake . Totally understandable if they said no. However i could overhear kitchen staff scoffing over having to remake my food and laughing at me. Replacement burger bun is so stale and rock hard. I almost cried standing in that lobby.
