  Served me and my kids really really old fries. Burgers were Luke warm. I don't generally eat fast food when in Wyoming. And this location won't get my money again

  Showed up at 10 pm. Waiting with a bus full of kids. Refused to acknowledge us for 10 minutes. So much for closing at 12am. Worst service ever.

  I was told that I needed to call my order in ahead of time.Because it was too big while there was nobody there to order or in the store , it was an order for 6 people what a joke

  Went inside on Jan 15 around 7PM. We walked to the counter and the guy at the counter said “just a fair warning, I have a bunch of door dash orders ahead of you”. We waited for 10 minutes and he still had not taken our order, meanwhile about 4 or 5 cars were served by the drive thru crew. We waited another 5 minutes and we left. Won’t be back…. ever.

  At Wendy now and still waiting for the food 20 minutes the lady that At the window was very very rude you won’t see me at Sheridan Wendy and more I make sure to tell people I know
