The cantina bowl had all the sauces on it we had requested to leave off. When we asked for them to redo it they left the chicken off with almost no lettuce. It was the sloppiest redo I’ve ever seen. Terrible service and when asked to redo it, it was still wrong.

When my order was ready a small brunette girl called the complete wrong name out, when I asked if it was my order the girl asked if the food presented was what I ordered “NO FRICKEN CLUE ITS IN A BOX”. She proceeded to try and insult me as if I was in the wrong for asking lol, I responded letting her know I even spelled my name for the order. She proceeded to say “we are really good at the English language” which is very obvious… Snarky, entitled, and rude behavior from someone that represents the company over a simple question, what a shame… Hopefully a Gm comes in and trains people how to run front of house, probably not tho

He put the wrong ingredients on the tortilla then tried pulling them off. I had to tell the manager he did that. He made like 6 tacos then threw them away for no reason. I didn't get a sorry for anything being late. Seems like everywhere I go it's just getting worse and worse here in Sheridan.
