  They always have good food. like ALWAYS. But some of the people they hire do not care at all how you get your food. They do poor jobs of wrapping things now, and on more than one accounts my food as been smushed and honestly ruined. I feel like they could do better jobs at being a little more careful on how they handle it and i understand sometimes they are so busy things happened but when there’s only two cars in their drive through it coulda been better.

  The people are friendly enough. Sometimes they're not timely about orders on the app. Restaurant is always clean and well lit.

  Ordered a breakfast order online for pickup, and when we got there at 10:30 it said it was ready, but wasnt there. Asked about the order, they said they’d check, then at 10:50 was told that someone else had taken our order. Okay, mistakes happen. BUT, the on duty manager Kaden goes on to say they are “out of eggs” for the day, (I’ve worked MANY fast food jobs… you just have to MAKE more eggs) not only that, but breakfast didnt end until 11am?? He then told us he couldn’t refund us, we have to go through the app, which we don’t use. Only the online portal. What an absolute mess. I’ve worked many food jobs and have never once had a mistake like this fall on a customer and still have them pay for it. Taco Bell has gone so down hill here and it’s so sad to see. Also disappointed how a manager handled this? Why not fix the mistake with what we had ordered when it was still in the time frame of being served? The only solution they were giving was “we can give you something from lunch” like… I know it sucks man I do, but just go make the eggs, and what people are paying and driving here for. Unfortunately corporate chooses when you stop serving breakfast, not employees. However, we will be sadly taking a break from this Taco Bell. And I truly hope they get proper training and hope to try again some day 👍

  Sweetest people, had an employee hold the door for our bus full of basketball kids. Welcomed us with open arms even being 10pm food was great service was amazing. Will be coming back again!
