I place a lot of online orders and with that they can directly see what I want on my sandwich and what I don’t want. Somehow it still gets messed up. They’ll put onions or peppers I didn’t even want on my sandwich, or they’ll forget the sauce or to toast it. I understand we’re all human and we make mistakes but for how consistent the mistakes happen I don’t know if they actually read the online orders.

They asked good questions and made sure that he got what he wanted. Everybody, even the other patrons in line, were very patient and kind. Great customer service today!
