I ordered through the app and they forgot to put bacon and avocado on my sandwich (which is about $4.00 extra). Honestly just very disappointed with the lack of awareness, it’s not hard to make a sandwich or follow directions.

I place a lot of online orders and with that they can directly see what I want on my sandwich and what I don’t want. Somehow it still gets messed up. They’ll put onions or peppers I didn’t even want on my sandwich, or they’ll forget the sauce or to toast it. I understand we’re all human and we make mistakes but for how consistent the mistakes happen I don’t know if they actually read the online orders.
