  The food is always delicious however on this list I ordered 3 meals the sides and drinks were all correct but all three burgers were wrong. The order taker was obviously having issues. After she took the order another worker told her to breath and clam down. One of the doors was stuck cracked open making the dining area cold and tables were still dirty from others before us. We did not have time to wait longer so we ate the incorrect orders and left.

  Manager and co workers helped me with my order on phone when I was having trouble and also with a lil hiccup that was fixed ASAP to keep my wife happy and changed her perspective on her future orders thank you all are amazing.

  Food quality fairies from visit to visit. Same can be said for staff. Found some staff be rather rude and argumentative. While others very attentive. Lower than the average cleanliness of seating area and bathroom. Damage can be seen in seating area and bathroom. Average wait time can be anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. All in all, very nostalgic restaurant could use some improvement and renovations.

  Owner runs an energy industry business where multiple negligent injuries and fatalities have occurred. The latest incident killed a 22 year old father. The family can afford lawyers to shield them from justice, but the public can hold them accountable in a small way by boycotting or demanding ownership change of the Rock Springs Dickey's Barbecue Pit and Sonic Drive-In. Parents, please consider this track record before allowing your teens to work for these establishments. Representing Bayer, I know what safety is and these people have no regard for it.
