The Buffalo wings were plain no sauce, no seasoning, the pizzas were dry, toppings and crusts were hard and we didn't get our Root beer. Tonight I definitely got to feel buyer's remorse first hand. Never doing business with Rock Springs Pizza Hut again!!

It's truly unbelievable to read some of the reviews and comments in this section and realize that many people constantly have problems with wrong orders, when I went to the restaurant there were many folks complaining too, not just me, it looks like this happens all the time. If you want an overpriced, cold, and tasteless pizza that takes 40 minutes to arrive and comes from employees with zero hygiene, this is your place!

It's almost as if nobody has eaten there in years. But the booths and tables were clean, pleasant dining experience due to no customers in store. Would suggest dine in staff to come to table rather than order at the counter makes the customer feel like he's eating at a fast food restaurant.
