  5 people someone named Druanna messed up more than once then said " sorry you ordered a lot of food" she was very quiet she didn't ask what size are meal she was making rude comments she didn't know what she was doing she broke receipt machine she didn't get our food right I told them the spite was watered and she had me hand her my cup and put sprite into it but never fixed the issue so I just got water

  I was charged $2.29 for a cup of water! When I asked the young lady about it, she was extremely RUDE! Arby's is usually our go to for fast food. Not anymore.

  Remained open late to take my order and serve me even though I arrived at closing time.

  Although the sandwiches we ordered tasted very good and did actually contain all the items listed in the description, the size and portions in the sandwich matched nothing to the appearance on the menu board. It seems like it was half the sandwich. So for taste and quality it rated at least a three. For resembling the advertising i would like to give the food less than a one. I am not quite sure why they ask you if it is to eat in or to go , because all orders get shoved into a sack. I understand the managers can't afford to run a dishwasher anymore, but that just kind of takes something out of the ambience of the restaurant.
