  * Owners are unknowledgeable of the food/culinary industry or have direct experience, only the following; profitability planning, loss prevention analysis, audit, business development, account management and advertising for other companies. * Onsite General Management team. Lack the full ability to perform all necessary functions of their titles. Comparatively yet, still less than assistant managers and what would be viewed in other places of employment as nothing more than leads with the fancy title of manager. * Some manager duties is outsourced to another Subway location for another manager to perform. * Not all employees are treated equally or held accountable at the same level. This is primarily based on their relationship or affiliation to the current manager’s. * There is currently nothing at or required supporting that any employee including management has been properly trained in food safety and handling procedures. The preparation, temperatures, storage, and serving properly especially to those with food allergies. * Physical safety precautions are concerning at various times and not taken seriously enough at this location especially to those employed here. * There is just an overall safety concern with this establishment. It would be almost questionable if this facility has a policy and procedures binder available to their employees. * Full time hours are not guaranteed (unless you are related to current managers or affiliated with them) at this particular location. At a certain point you will be lucky to acquire 10-15 hours per week. * If an employee gets sick for any other reason (pregnancy, etc) aside from actually being sick. You will be forced a week out of work despite a written doctor’s note.

  This Subway treats you right 👍! Plenty of meat, hot, veggies just like I love them, crispy and fresh. Thank you, it's been awhile since I've had a good one!!! We will be back!!!

  Very busy but well worth the short wait at supper hour. Very hard working crew focused on providing friendly service and getting the Sub just right. One worker, Gaug, was very professional and polite. We obviously were travelers, and he asked how the trip was going and if we needed any directions. Very impressed.
