When we got there and parked in their large back parking lot, I walked to the front and stood outside in the cold in slot #2 for pickup. After 20 minutes of waiting my husband and I went inside, they claimed to have never received our order. It had been paid for and we had the receipt for it on our phone app. They still gave us our order, however it seemed that this restaurant even though we'll staffed was very disorganized.
