  Everytime I go into this Subway in newcastle they are out of cold cuts. And they are out of the good cheese as well. I will say the lady working was very patient as I had to change my order after finding out what I wanted was out. If I have one suggestion its get there early so they aren't out of what you want.

  We ordered on the Subway app two 12" Cold Cut Combo subs and a 6 pack of double chocolate cookies, used a coupon and paid $14.47. When I went in to pick up the order it was packed up but the store was under a rush of people and so the order was at the register instead of the pick up spot. Went up to the register and got the order, checked the bag & cookies were missing, told the staff member at the register. He apologized and quickly got the cookies. As I was walking out I looked in the bag to check for napkins, it had none. I went to grab some but the dispenser was empty and the two staff members were back to being busy with the people rush. Left feeling a little annoyed at the overall experience.

  No turkey, no spinach. Sandwich artist was polite, but short. Felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Used to be a great place back in the day, not anymore.

  Giving 2 overall stars because the place needs cleaned! The highchairs were really gross, and you could tell that general mopping doesn't get done properly. There was a layer of grim coming out from under the drink cooler. We were there when it wasn't busy, the perfect time to be cleaning things. I'll always write a bad review for a dirty restaurant.
