    Pizza was underrated. One has to buy a $2 pepper Shaker to get ground pepper flakes -- really? Old and aged dining room, so takeout is best!

    I love Pizza Hut's quality! Their pizza is always excellent—it tastes fantastic, and it’s clear they take the time to make it right. The staff is consistently pleasant and friendly. ​Be aware that there is always a bit of a wait, but since everything is made to order, a half-hour or so for an entire pizza is perfectly reasonable for a delicious meal.

    Ordered delivery through the website, didn't know they outsourced to DoorDash, so that's already a negative. I ordered at 3:20 something and didn't even get the stuff till 4:50. The pizza was cold and I got fries instead of the mozzarella sticks I ordered which were also cold and gross. Live chat was a joke, I'm pretty sure it was a bot as it kept popping up "I haven't heard from you in a while, are you still there?" when I didn't answer for 30-45 seconds because I was looking up the info I was asked to provide (order number, time I ordered, store address, etc.). I asked for a real person and was told that it was and "they had a timeframe to follow" and then closed the chat before I could respond. I finally had to call the store and while I did get a refund, this was still a terrible experience.

    Honestly, this location has significantly gone down hill. The dine in area is dirty, and the carpet is stained. The workers are inattentive. I almost feel that you can get better quality pizza from the gas station. Laramie Pizza Hut has seen better days.
