    Even though I ordered through DoorDash, one would think the food would be reasonably warm upon delivery. No. Bun was burnt, meat was all over the place, very, very sloppy. Fries were cold, hard, tasted burnt.

    AVOID! Cold, Unsafe Food and Unclean Store Led to Food Poisoning. We had a truly horrible experience here. We gave this location a couple of tries, but the quality never improved. On our last visit, our roast beef sandwiches were cold, tasted "off," and we had to throw them away immediately. The store smelled bad, and the lobby tables and floor were noticeably dirty. ​Tragically, within an hour of our visit, my husband and I both developed food poisoning. The lack of cleanliness and food safety at this Arby's location is unacceptable. We will not be returning and have lost all faith in this store. Arby's, you just lost two customers!
