  Always some kind of excuse for why the deli is unavailable, the deli employees are unwilling, always something. It has been 3 months and can't get any cold cuts. I think the McDonald's ive cream machine has a better chance of being operational than getting deli meats and cheese here.

  After they added all the doors to the dairy case, I spoke to the manager about, as a wheel chair user, this made it incredibly difficult to do my shopping independently. After he assured me that I could ask any team member for help anytime, I left satisfied. Fast forward to yesterday. In the frozen food aisle and they have Yasso bars on sale. I wanted to look at the flavors and nutritional information. However, due to my chair, the door to the freezer, and the placement of the "bookcase" on the end containing cones, I was unable to access the bars. I went to find someone to help me, and finally found a young man stocking the lunch meat at the other end of the store. I let him know I needed help and where. His response? He kept cutting up a box and stated "The frozen food guy isnt here, he works over night." Then continued with his stocking. I was already frustrated just needing to ask for help. Independence is important to me. I headed back to the front of the store to put the 2 items i had back and head to the other store in town. I ran into a courtesy clerk who was sweeping the aisles. I decided to take a chance and ask him. He was very happy to assist me. After asking if he could put the broom up he said he would meet me in the frozen food aisle. He was happy to reach the ones I wanted to look at, and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Courtney was more than helpful!

  My husband went to get dinner tonight and the worker at the deli was just awful. He asked for a small and a medium potato and gravy. She gave him two mediums and wouldn't fix it. He then asked for 2 corn dogs and 1 larger chicken strip. She gave him 3 of each and when he asked her why she just shrugged and was dancing ro the music. There was hardly any gravy for the potatoes and the corn dogs looked like they had been there all day. Just awful service for a prepared food area.

  Prices high, parking is bad. Lines are bad. Always stocking during the day and have stuff in aisles, making it hard for seniors. Even on senior day!!
