  3/17/2026 The G.M. got my order wrong and agreed to make it right the next day on 3/18/26 over the phone. We show up and discover that we had been lied to and were treated rudely. The G.M. of this location asked my elderly mother to leave after trying to voice her complaint and concern. ####update#### **Never again. ** *(Resended)* ** The G.M. seemed hygieniclly challenged too.** *(Resended)* **Poor customer service and illness prone pies can be found here.** *(Resended)* ####Update#### The Area Manager called us today @ 09:48 3/19/26 and went right out of his way to make it right. We got what we were given on the night of the 17th. and we are customers again of Pizza Hut. The Area Manager is from Texas and has worked hard to reform the two stores here in Gillette. Improvements are on the way.

  Very disappointing this pizza hut. I paid for a chicken Alfredo with extra cheese but didn't get it and when I pointed it out, the lady tried playing me for stupid and said it was on there.
