Today we ordered 5 subs for our office for lunch to be delivered at 11:15-11:30. 3 of the 5 subs were correct. The other 2 were on bread when we asked for them to be umwiches due to a bread allergy. When we called to get them fixed the manager would not even come to the phone but would be yelling in the background to the person on the phone to tell them what to say. I spoke with 2 different people. Was asked to call back to talk to the manager at 1pm. I had everything delivered at 11:15. Said they were fixing them but it would be awhile before they would be delivered. Called again to see when my sandwiches would be delivered as we had been waiting for over an hour. 2 hours later at 1:26pm we received our sandwiches one was correct the other was a complete mess and disaster. Will not be giving them any more of our business highly disappointed that the manager cant act like a real manager. As an office we have never had our order right and have always had to call to fix it, but this time has ruined it for a very long time.

Our team pre ordered catered sandwiches for delivery. They later called 1 hour before delivery, and canceled all 28 orders. They said they didn't have enough bread. THIS IS A DAMN SANDWICH SHOP HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE BREAD. They left us with nothing and cancelled our orders.

What is with the excuses Jimmy John’s. We have tried to order lunch for our team but they said they ran out of bread. Even when they just opened when we called. We have gone through the other reviews on this place and they have also said the same thing. Jimmy John’s is a joke and we are hungry heading home. Thank you very much.

We ordered catered sandwiches for a specific time. They later called 1 hour before delivery, and canceled all 28 orders. This was for team of 4a varsity athletes. They said they didn't have enough bread made. They left us with nothing and my highschool team starved whole 4 hour drive home!

They refused to do business with us because they were out of bread??? What sandwich shops just runs out of bread, or are they lying to us. They were not even close to closing and they ran out of bread, they should have bread for the whole day not just for a couple of hours. Now we are all going home on empty stomachs because we don’t have time to get anything else. Terrible service Jimmy John’s!
