- JPJacqueda PhillipsDec 31, 20251.0Today we ordered 5 subs for our office for lunch to be delivered at 11:15-11:30. 3 of the 5 subs were correct. The other 2 were on bread when we asked for them to be umwiches due to a bread allergy. When we called to get them fixed the manager would not even come to the phone but would be yelling in the background to the person on the phone to tell them what to say. I spoke with 2 different people. Was asked to call back to talk to the manager at 1pm. I had everything delivered at 11:15. Said they were fixing them but it would be awhile before they would be delivered. Called again to see when my sandwiches would be delivered as we had been waiting for over an hour. 2 hours later at 1:26pm we received our sandwiches one was correct the other was a complete mess and disaster. Will not be giving them any more of our business highly disappointed that the manager cant act like a real manager. As an office we have never had our order right and have always had to call to fix it, but this time has ruined it for a very long time.

We have gone through the other reviews on this place and they have also said the same thing. Jimmy John’s is a joke and we are hungry heading home. Thank you very much.

They said they didn't have enough bread made. They left us with nothing and my highschool team starved whole 4 hour drive home!

They were not even close to closing and they ran out of bread, they should have bread for the whole day not just for a couple of hours. Now we are all going home on empty stomachs because we don’t have time to get anything else. Terrible service Jimmy John’s!
