  Late night passing through town so stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The door advertised as open until 10:00pm and I walked in around 9:04. The kid (Robert, according to my receipt) at the register says immediately before anything thing else, "we close in 24 minutes." I tell him "your door says 10." Kid is still rude after this. I proceed to order. We received our food, which had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp. Chicken strips were very dry and hard. Curly fries were dry and hard, and the roast beef classic was room temperature at best. Far from my normal experience at Arby's. Not only should an inspector should shut this place down, but the owner of this franchise should really consider who is representing his/her store.

  Went through the drive thru. Food was cold when recieved and the staff seemed clueless.

  If the girl would be talking the way she does through the drive through she would understand what I was saying and she still got my order wrong

  Ordered from Arby's the other day no more 247 cheddar roast beef and chicken sandwich they charge around 6:40 for a single chicken sandwich so what 60-cent drives 7 bucks for the chicken sandwich when it used to be 350 and then instead of a full size sandwich for $350 little steak bites five of them for five bucks Arby's is no longer affordable for my household they're not trying to earn people's patronage by giving you less food and even higher pricing so they deserve do not deserve and will not get my business anymore what an absolute rip off that's not a way to earn customers patronage and business I'll just take my business elsewhere.
