  Arbys your food used to be so damn good now slowly over time it doesn't have that great taste kinda gross is what have you done is this lab grown meat?

  Went to the drive thru I ordered a #1 double roast beef and a five piece chicken strips took home to eat I got roast beef with what I think is bbq sauce and runny cheese on a soggy onion bun I tried it thru it away ate the chicken strips they were pretty dry very disappointed

  Issue: Food Safety and Unusual Customer Interaction I am writing to bring two specific issues to your attention following my visit to the drive-thru today. First, I encountered a major health and safety concern. The employee at the window was not wearing gloves and was actively biting his fingernails. He then immediately handled my order (a gyro and a nugget steak bowl), wrapped the items, and placed them in the bag without washing his hands. This is completely unhygienic and a clear violation of food safety protocols. Secondly, I want to mention a recurring interaction with a long-term female employee at the drive-thru. While she seems well-intentioned, her greeting style is incredibly weird. She speaks to customers in a way you would typically reserve for a 3-year-old child. It isn't condescending, but it is very "off" and makes for an awkward, unprofessional exchange for adult patrons. I hope management can address the hygiene standards immediately and perhaps provide some coaching on professional customer communication.

  If you enjoy paying premium prices for fast food, this place will feel like home. The service is surprisingly top tier for a fast food joint, which helps soften the blow a bit. I’ll admit, the half-pound roast beef sandwich still manages to lure me back every now and then.
