  I went this morning and trinity (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) was the one helping me. I asked her to make me her favorite, it was DELICIOUS!! she was also so sweet and very fast with service!!

  I don't even know where to start with this one. Im starting to feel like Mr. Crabs is the new owner of this place. Ive been going to this location for almost a year now and all it has done is go down hill. I placed a mobile order, drove to the location for when the app said the coffee would be ready. Sat in the drive thru line for 13min before I was handed half filled coffee. So now if you want less ice you get a short fill. Thanks to the new owners they have a nice little chart hanging in the drive thru window explaining that. How is it you Pay about $8 for a large coffee and because you just want a litte less ice they can argue that short filling the cup is okay? If you order coffee with out asking for less ice they over fill the cup with the ice then you get literally 2 sips of the coffee you just ordered, doesnt matter the size. Today my large coffee wasn't even made right on top of getting mostly cold foam and a short fill. No banana flavor and it tasted awful. I got the same coffee last week and it was fine also no short fill. This establishment is a joke. As someone who has traveled alot and who has had the chance to go to a dunks all over the country this location is by far the worst!! Don't mess with people's coffee period. If I could leave zero stars I would. And if the new owners are trying to cut costs or save money or what ever there excuse is - this isn't the way to do it! My recommendation is find a local coffee shop or literally any where else to get coffee. I will not be spending my money on this place anymore, totally not worth it.

  The reviews are true.....this dunking location is awful. Ive been sitting in line for upwards of 5 minutes with no one in front of me.

  Wow if this place wasn't on base, I would never go there!! They gave me the completely wrong donuts. My order was very simple because I made it through the drive thru due to a sleeping child in my car. She repeated it back to me and it was still all wrong😑 This isn't the first time they've messed up either. I've tried several of the drinks they offer and they were all terrible. I don't understand why Dunkin is so popular. They really can't be that incompetent. I think they just don't care because they don't get paid enough😅

  I’ve gone here maybe 3 times now. Never when they’re busy, always when there’s at least two staff. Wait times are insane for the most bare minimum of orders (think a coffee, donut and maybe a sandwich). Whether you go drive-thru or inside, you’re waiting 20+ minutes for your full order. There’s never a decent apology, you’re just expected by staff to move on with your day and act like the wait times are normal for a slow Dunks. The only staff member I’ve never had issues with, and who is kind, is I believe a manager and she’s great.
