    I was in town for work and stopped in for dinner and sat at the bar, always easier when I’m traveling. The Outback near my home is great and I found the same experience here. Surprised to see it so quiet but the positive side was that I received personal attention from the bartender. Great food, great service and a great experience.

    If I could give the food zero stars I would. We went on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was empty. There was no excuse with how slow our food came out other than workers just chatting away not doing their job. We both ordered Filets at medium rare and got well done burnt steaks that were cold. The butter they put on top wasn't even melting. Disappointing with how much everything costs.

    It took a long time to get waited on. Very long time to get our waters. It took 30-45 minutes for our food to come.

    I visited on 3/22 at approximately 6:30 PM. The restaurant was nearly empty at the time (one table seated upon arrival, and only one additional table during our visit), so the issues experienced cannot reasonably be attributed to volume or staffing strain. Upon being seated, we were placed at a visibly dirty table and handed a rag to clean it ourselves. The used rag was then left on the table for the duration of the meal, which is both unprofessional and unsanitary. Initial beverages were delivered in a timely manner, but service declined significantly after that point. Our drinks remained empty for approximately 10 minutes before we had to request refills through the hostess. When refills were delivered, empty glasses were not cleared. Food quality was also below expectations. The salad was served with dressing already poured over it, resulting in a soggy and unappealing presentation. The pasta lacked seasoning and flavor. The steak, ordered medium rare, was served well done and similarly lacked flavor. Under normal circumstances, this would have been addressed with the server; however, no check-back or table visit occurred after the food was delivered. After waiting approximately 20 minutes without any service or follow-up, we were forced to locate staff ourselves to request the check. At no point during the meal were we asked about food quality or overall satisfaction. Given the total cost exceeded $100, this experience falls well below reasonable expectations for both service standards and food quality. This was not an isolated delay or minor oversight, but a consistent lack of basic service execution throughout the visit.

    Went there tonight and it was awful I’m going to start with the manager as she decided not to come to our table with all the issues. And decided to come out to the parking lot smoking a cigarette and intentionally blew her smoke in my brothers face which he is highly allergic to smoke. Ok now it took 45 mins to get our order placed while our waitress was cleaning tables. We ordered food finally and let’s just say the last thing to arrive at our table was the Cesar salad and blooming onion after all the food for the table had come out and we had to ask 4 times for that food.
