This place is horrible!! Don't wast your time. No customer service at all. Walked in to order was told someone will be right with you. Well you wait & wait & wait no one comes to take your order. This isn't the first time this has happened. Thought we would try again, my mistake. Will never do again.

The last several visits to Sonic have been progressively more disappointing, but I like the ice cream so I stuck with it for longer than I should have. Over the past few months it's been disappointing. Wait times over the past several months have gone up massively. I've been told by staff they were closed and no longer serving well before closing. Items seem to be out of stock on a semi-regular basis (both ice cream and mozzarella sticks) on multiple occassions.
Most recently today, the food quality was disgusting. I ordered a cheeseburger and mozza sticks for lunch on a quiet day where there were only a few customers ahead of me. The orders were clearly coming out very slowly. When it was my turn, the mozza sticks were barely warm and had the texture of pencil erasers. The cheeseburger was cold to the touch, and when I opened it up the meat was visibly cooked but barely lukewarm in temperature, while the bun and toppings were as cold as they would be if the burger had come out of a refrigerator. Absolutely disgusting.
The staff were polite though. Management clearly fails at their job.

We showed up at 8:20 to be met with some who was really rude over the speakers. He had proceeded to say he was out of shakes, smashers, blasts, and slushes due to cleaning because there closing at 9 and don’t want to clean it. Personly this is bs and people come here specifically for shakes and drinks. It also doesn’t take very long to clean the ice cream mixture or grill.
