  We came in around 7pm on Saturday (3/7/26) with a party of eight. The restaurant was only about 20% full, so we expected reasonably attentive service. After being seated, it took about five minutes for our waitress to come take our initial drink order. She then stood at the head of the table writing on her pad for several minutes and appeared disorganized and overwhelmed just taking drink orders. The process took so long that by the time she finished, we were already ready to order appetizers, so we placed those orders as well. Two people initially ordered a mixed drink with mint, and two others ordered the “Croc-tail.” About five minutes later she returned and told us they did not have mint, asking if we still wanted the drinks. Since fresh mint significantly affects the flavor, those drinks were changed to a smoked whiskey. Two minutes later she returned again to say that this location does not smoke their whiskey. Because smoking whiskey changes the character of the drink, those were changed again to a margarita and another mixed drink. This back-and-forth suggested a clear lack of communication between the bar and wait staff. Later, two people at the table asked to change their drinks from soft drinks to mocktails. When we mentioned the change, the waitress audibly sighed, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable for the table. We then waited about 15 minutes before receiving any drinks. A more attentive server would typically start a table with waters at the very least, especially after a delay. By the time drinks arrived, everyone at the table was extremely thirsty. Our appetizers actually arrived before our drinks (two orders of wings and a Bloomin’ Onion). When the waitress finally brought the drinks, she spilled one of the mixed drinks onto a plate that already had food on it, along with silverware and the table itself. There was no apology, no offer of napkins, and no attempt to clean up the sticky spill, which was disappointing. We then waited about an hour for our main food. Two people ordered the Bloomin’ Onion Burger, one well done and one medium rare. The medium-rare burger was not cooked medium rare. Additionally, both the appetizers and the main dishes were delivered by other staff members, not our waitress. Overall, the experience felt extremely disorganized. The service lacked attentiveness, communication, and basic hospitality. It’s honestly not surprising that Texas Roadhouse next door had a full parking lot while this location was far from busy on a Saturday night. Very disappointed with the service, which is one of the main reasons people choose to dine out in the first place.

  Claim they are super busy when they mess up your take out order then claim its going to take awile to cook the stuff they missed because they are so busy. Even though they have 2 customers dining in and a messed up order should get on the grill immediatly regardless of who is next due to already having been an hour. Total time 1 hour 47 minutes to finish a carry out order that was supposed to be done in 20 to 30 minutes. Carry out had no napkins or cutlery as well. They staple shut their carry out before bringing it out which i believe they shouldnt since you cant trust them to have provided everything you asked for they will just say. "Yea its in there" this whole review is only specific to this casper location and not the first time i have had issues here. I will not return.

  I’ve been here twice. Seated right away, wait staff is fine, food is okay at best and took nearly an hour after we ordered to get a chicken sandwich and a burger. Not sure why, it didn’t seem busy or anything. Food here really is not worth the wait, probably will not be returning.

  We did a take out order and it was COMPLETELY wrong. Missing 1 entire meal, the most expensive meal for my starving teenager. Asked for and did NOT receive silverware and napkins, super important to have when staying in a hotel. Steak was cooked wrong, Mac and cheese is inedible, took nearly an hour to get the missing meal. Overall this was a horrible experience. Pretty sure on future trips to Casper we will choose a different restaurant.
