  Rude woman was too busy talking in back room when I knocked on the glass she came out literally threw my sandwich together rude comments and just overall unpleasant. Come thru this area often driving but I'll never spend money here again. Maybe customer service classes need taught regularly.

  I got a recording of this for propf, just dont know how to post it. Everytime I come in here the lady that is working is just, bleh if thats how to put it. Shes always complaining about the job and always criticizing the customers and other workers. One time I came in and she was even talking about adult talk while there were kids in the store. If you guys know what I mean. Between her and her husband. Most of the time I come in here its a mess. Tables are usually messy floors are as well. Not only that but she takes forever to help the customers. I belive her name tag said Shelby. The young lady who works here as well is also very snobby. I have video proof of her coming in just to make her and I assume her bf sandwiches and a drink without even paying. Today Dec 21st I seen her come in and she went behind the counter and didnt have uniform on or anything and made food for them. As the man working was trying to make the group of about 6 people's sandwiches. She didnt care. The man working had told her she cant do that and that he had a group of sandwiches to do and she didnt care she wanted her food more than she wanted the paying customers to get theirs. I believe her name is Payton. Like I said I did get a recording of what she did today but I just dont know how to post it. Ive been coming here for a long time and I think im going to stop coming when these two ladies are working. I personally dont think they should work here. I think a lot of customers can agree with me they are disrespectful and dont really do what they get paid to.

  Stopped by for a to-go sandwich because it’s right off I-80. Wasn’t expecting much given the ratings but this place was immaculate. New and clean facilities, spacious, and the server Jason was awesome and deserves a shout. Super fast, super friendly, made a fairly complex to-go order accurately, and actually stuffed my sandwich (didn’t skimp). Probably the best Subway I’ve been to!

  First time going in and the man wasn’t completely strung out on drugs. Did charge me double for a wrap when I asked for flatbread. Also made fun of me getting tuna.
