After waiting over 29 minutes I went back to counter to get update and waited another 5 minutes at counter for one of seven employees to come up and finally give order that had been sitting for unknown time. Also while waiting watched an employee drop an order to the floor and place back on shelf for pickup. Seems like a serious lack of oversight or leadership overall.
