  Clerk taking orders was much more interested in flirting with two teenage girls. I waited 4 minutes and clerk did not acknowledge my presence. If he was busy which he certainly didn’t look busy, all he would have needed to do was say, I will be right with you sir, I think if I ever need fast food again in Cheyenne I will go to Culver’s where I have never been treated badly and food is always great

  The crew was absolutely amazing tonight on 3/18/26. My order was a Dave's double meal with no salt fries, extra pickles, and 2 Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps. I waited for my meal, then was given it. The bag didn't even make it out of the door. When I went to fill my cup, the bag ripped and everything fell on the floor. The lady behind the counter had the kitchen remake the whole order. I would have been fine with just the fries since that was the only thing touching the floor, but everything was remade. Much appreciated!👏👏🙏 Stronger bags are recommended.

  How do you manage to give me 2 patties, 1 half strand of bacon, and cheese sause when all i asked for was no cheese on a normal burger with veggies. Im just confused how that manages to happen. Are yall being intentionally dense?? Aint getting my money anymore lmao
