  I went inside and went up to the front counter to order because I had cash and the lady yelled at me to order on the kiosk and I said well I js got a thing on the kiosk to pay at the counter and she js kept on saying to order on the kiosk and that she won’t take my order. Like I understand that, like that is what they want u to do but I can’t pay cash on the kiosk but she was extremely rude and I just wanted a quesadilla after a long day bro no need to be rude. She wouldn’t even let me say anything just kept interrupting me to say I needed to order on it. And then when I went to the kiosk she came up and stood next to me while I ordered just hovering so I canceled it and walked out because what kind of customer service is that. Edit: just went through the drive through instead and got the wrong food.

  we ordered in the lobby and they forgot our chalupas. when we went back maybe 5 minutes later after realizing we were missing food, the doors were locked even though there were still people eating inside. so we had to go through the drive through instead even though the line was super long, and the guy at the window didn't even apologize or tell us "have a good night", just straight up being rude. it ended up taking us about 30 minutes to fix something that probably could have been fixed in like 5 minutes if the lobby doors were just left unlocked while people were still eating inside. also it took them forever to make our friends order even though he only ordered two things. someone higher up in the company needs to do something about this location because it is seriously terrible right now. UPDATE: The chalupas weren't even good. they were super stale. avoid this taco bell like the plague

  Items missing from order. They refused to make it right. No name tags. Can't tell from management or crew member. Refused to give me the corporate number. Guy next to me also had items missing from order, Never going back. Eat at ur own risk.

  customer service wasnt customer service at all, they were rude at the window. then they barely filled our nacho fries, and gave us barely any nacho cheese as well. skip this location and go to dell range if you want taco bell with good service and full nacho fries.

  Ordered 18 tacos and 3 cantina burritos. The cantina burritos were child size of that. Called the manager Kevin and was told don't order the expensive burritos then. Not an apology. Just of you only want chicken and rice don't order the cantina burritos. (You have no other chicken and rice burritos to offer first off.) Secondly the size of the burritos were the size of the $2 burritos instead. So why not charge us $2 or offer the extra meat and rice for more money. For a manger to say "don't order the expensive ones" we cannot speak to anyone while ordering it's all on kiosk. No one asked any questions just took the money and sent us on our way. Sir you're absolutely right. We will no longer purchase anything at your store.
