  This review is a wate of time. Friday night and there are not enough people working at this place to give a dam. One pissed off person making pizza, One guy hiding in the back and that's all folks. Phone tings and the phone is ignored like a spam call. A room full of door dash drivers and no one at the counter to give a dam. Wait time about an hour. There emails do not come from the store. They just put a 30 min timer on your order and Corporte sends u fake email that your order is ready when it is not. The food was not even worth waiting an hour for. I will never in my lifetime return to this location.

  EDITED REVIEW on service to 4 and overall to 3 stars because a franchise representative reached out to me and refunded my delivery fee and tip. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Placed an order at 4 PM for delivery at 7 PM. 2 pizzas, breadsticks, wings. At 7:30, started calling but couldn’t get hold of anyone except the call center who could only confirm the store received the order. Left the family celebration we ordered the pizza for and drove to the store where I was told they hadn’t even started the order because they were behind and people didn’t show up for their shift. I get short staffed, Iike everyone right now which is why I placed the order HOURS in advance.

  I ordered pizza for my husband and father n law while they were on a trip. Colton is a ROCKSTAR!!!!! I had a weird request and he didn't hesitate to help me out. Colton is the customer service you dont see very often. Thank you Colton! You ROCK and you need a promotion or raise! :)

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order via phone for delivery. When I received my food and my order was wrong. I went to the store to get it remade. The store manager refused to remake my pizza. Said it “would take an hour because I have pizzas coming in”. I said ok, well can I get a refund “I can give you a store credit but it will take an hour. I can’t do it right now.” Everything was going to take an hour. Needless to say, waited forever for my food and then couldn’t eat it due to a food allergy. We’ll never be back and I will make sure to tell everyone not to order from this store!!! Absolutely a waste of time and money. Not ok!
