  Saturday at 1pm is the time to come with your kids to the playplace! Food was good considering fast food expierence in Cheyenne is usual off. And i saw the manager approach and refund a mistake without the customer even asking. So super proud of this manager!

  Went tonight, ordered two double burger meals with dr pepper. Wanted one with no pickles. Then we got a huntrix meal. First off the person taking the order we had to repeat several times. When we pulled up to pay, one meal vanished while the huntrix meal became two of those. Then when I said that was not correct, and what I had ordered I saw the total and it was lower than the original order total we were told as well. I understand being short staffed. But randomly doubling our meal, then forgetting one, not getting it right when I tell you again and on top of that when we GOT the bag of food we were missing nuggets, had to tell them and the burger was still made wrong. Absolutely wild

  We only order their cheapest items now because we've always been so disappointed in any of their specialty sandwiches, drinks or shakes. Their McRibs are fake meat with sauce that taste like a tin can. Their Shamrock Shakes are sickly sweet, and if you don't drink it right away, it separates into a clear liquid and green froth, super gross.

  Such a great place to eat. One thing they should fix is the ice cream machine I don't think I have ever eaten there ice cream because it's always "Broken" But such a yummy place to eat and it's really cheap for a fast food restaurant. Keep it up

  Worst customer service the lady literally hung up on me after I explained to her the my order was wrong she proceeded to say she would give me the two missing sandwiches but when I explained to her I wasn't in town and the order was for my friend who was okay work till 6am she then decided we couldn't get them at that time and hung up on and when I tried to call back they refused to answer this is really bad customer service
