  I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the female manager working on 20 April, at this location for providing some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, displaying a level of professionalism and genuine helpfulness that really stands out. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and dedicated to making sure every person walking through the door is taken care of. Their leadership clearly sets the tone for the rest of the staff, and it makes this Jimmy John's a step above the rest. Exceptional service—highly recommended!

  I love this location, but they really went above and beyond for me tonight. Uber did not deliver my food this evening and they remade my food and offered a credit for the delivery fee. I did go in for pick up after my delivery did not make it to me. Sadly this was not the first time this has happened to them, which is awful because this is out of their control if they don't have delivery drivers. I truly appreciate the gentlemen working this evening. I unfortunately did not get their names though!

  The location in Cheyenne was running low on French bread so I got wheat for the very first time. I was pleasantly surprised because the wheat bread is delicious! I hope Jimmy John's accepts Bitcoin as payment one day and then they can get a 5th star. It's consistently good sandwiches and a well run operation.

  Freaky Fast Delivery? They switched to using Uber drivers, to deliver their food. I watched someone on the map deliver 2 other people’s food before mine. It took over an hour to get my food. I’ve always ordered from Jimmy John’s, and gotten my food in less than 20 minutes. This is ridiculous, I tip very well hoping it goes to the Jimmy John’s delivery drivers, not some DoorDash/uber driver who I do not trust. I’ve seen those food delivery company’s people and know what kind of conditions my food is around. I will never order from Jimmy John’s again.

  Always Reliable, Always Delicious I’ve had consistently great experiences at Jimmy John’s. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, and it’s one of my go-to spots when I need a quick, tasty meal. On the rare occasion there’s ever a mistake with an order, the team fixes it right away, with no hassle and no attitude. Their customer service is as reliable as their food, and I really appreciate that. Definitely a solid choice every time!
