  Went to drive thru was told food was not ready and would get fresh fries will be 2 to 3 minute wait asked to pull into stall to waited 10 minutes while at least 10 to 15 cars went thru drive thru i went inside said I would skip fries and just take my food to find out none of the food was ready and none of frier baskets were down cooking extremely poor service do not reccomend this place at all had to leave with nothing would love for a manager to reach out

  Don't blame the staff when corporate sets the policies and practices. Gone are the days when a DEAL delivers what it appears to offer. I was not aware that the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger in their $6 deal was the 1/4 value knock-off of their Jr. Bacon cheeseburger sandwich. An otherwise delicious deal.

  I enjoy my food, when it is done correctly. This Wendy's has a very, very, bad habit of almost always getting my order wrong. From saying "no cheese" to "extra ranch", it's always mixed up. I know i'm not being singled out, but it's still anoying, I feel like something should be done or said about it. I am ALLERGIC to american cheese, and it doesn't matter if i say plain burger with nothing on it, or specifically say, "no cheese" my burger almost always has cheese on it. It got so bad, that last year i refused to get a burger from this Wendy's. Then just recently, i get extra mustard in a cup instead of ranch when asking for it. I like ranch with my burger, dip it in ranch, so when i get a cup of mustard when asking for ranch, I got thrown off. The food is always good, when they can actually get it right. I find it annoying that every single time i go to this Wendy's, i always have to go back to get something fixed.

  Manager dogged the trainee the entire time I was there, I felt really bad for the lady. She was an older lady. It made my entire visit very unpleasant to the point I almost told the manager to be quiet so I could eat in peace without hearing her berate this poor trainee.

  Very clean. Service was great. They also had one of the best Wendy's burger I have had. Everything was fresh.
