They didn't even offer to make a new order here. The staff is far past caring about customers clearly. I know why, but management clearly sucks at building a positive working environment.

- ESEmily SewardOct 14, 20252.0all I gotta say is never will be going to Wendy’s on lincolnway. gentleman working counter was absolutely rude. all i ordered was cheicken tenders and a spicy chicken sandwich meal and apparently it takes a month and seven sundays to register that. i said it slow and gave him time to put it on the screen and he had to reiterate spicy chicken sandwich, tenders, nuggets.. after already saying chicken sandwich.. he was so rude.. he ran into a female worker trying to leave and got mad at her for being in the way. the gentleman wasn’t wearing a name tag, I get we have bad days.. but that was so rude.. I work retail and trust me I get when it’s been a bad day but i definitely don’t want to be talked too like a kid ..
