He runs the card and does not add the cheese fries so he once again has to run my card for the fries. He could not even hand me the food, having his co worker and then she was rude about it. I would never recommend this so called restraunt.

The girl on the drive through window needs better customer service training because she is very condescending for no reason. I’m order a drink for my toddler and I ask about which lemonade is caffeinated, “go to Wendy’s for that information”, then she doesn’t hear the rest of my order and I say “I noticed my combo isn’t on there” “WELL that’s why I read it back to you” … you never know what someone else is going through, and to be met with that energy just trying to get a cheeseburger. I’ll go to any other location. Don’t get into a customer service position if you don’t like people.
