It’s Subway… so the food is the food, but we all know there are great/good locations and there are those that took their business model from the slowest, most incompetent DMV or post office you’ve ever visited (not to say all DMV’s and post offices are bad, but you know what I mean). Admittedly, it was slow when I went in, but it was clean and the employee who served me was attentive, engaged and even curious about my weird order (BMT, turkey instead of ham, toasted with pepperoni on top for the toasting). This used to be a sandwich on the menu, but it’s been 5+ years and I’ve had a wide variety of experiences trying to order it since then. This server made it just the way I asked him to and seemed perfectly happy to do it. I didn’t get his name, but I was there on 4.OCT.2025 around 1:00 or 1:30, I think.

I don't know if this place is under new management recently but it seems to be going downhill. This is the second time in a row I've ordered and paid online only to be met when I walked in with being told they were out of ingredients for my sandwiches. Last time it was roast beef and black olives. This time it was meatballs. Was only offered to substitute steak on my "boss" sandwich. I get it happens every now and then but talking to the server last trip they let go that it was a pretty normal thing now.
