The girl being trained had to ask every step she needed to take rather than being lead. Cash only, due to incompetent software. They said it happens all the time. ( Owner's fix this problem) The bread was smashed due to incorrect cutting literally for the 2 sandwich before me and the 3 I ordered. The bathroom's were pure nasty. Definitely not cleaned or checked on. The urinal didn't flush. And no towels to wipe hands. The employees were all bickering. It's as if someone brought the place, put people to work and never returned. I had an overall sense of dread being in there. Bad experience all around.
